I don't why the time has passed so quickly and I didn't hear of the passing of John sooner. I worked with NYS and closely with John on the county level. He was a gentle soul and a gentleman besides. He was known to others to be a man of compassion, and fun-loving as well. Sincere words of comfort to his family, and gratitude for his time well spent with friends and family. Pastor Donald Hoff

I have always enjoyed playing golf with John in our Monday league at the Mark Twain. He was a kind and decent person. My most sincere condolences to John’s family and friends on his passing.

We only met John a handful of years ago through Pat and the pipe band events, and from the very first meeting we felt his kindness and warmth, just a really nice guy. He always had a smile and a kind word. We would like to send our sincere condolences to the entire family. RIP John.
