Obituary of Justin Michael Bunnell

Age 28, of Elmira, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017, as the result of a motor vehicle accident. Justin was born in Asheville NC, March 5, 1989, a son of Edward M. and Suzanne (Raub) Bunnell. In addition to his parents he is survived by his sisters, with whom he was very close, Jessica N. and Emily A. Bunnell, Elmira; grandfather Joseph C. Raub, Elmira; grandmother Edith Cain, Elmira; aunts and uncles, Marianne & Thomas Devlin, Elmira; Joseph and Sheila Raub, Columbia SC; Kimberly Raub, Baldwinsville NY; Kirby & Michelle Bunnell, Elmira; Lori & Patrick Jordan, Elmira; Roxanne Disbrow, Elmira; Carman Schilling, Elmira; Thomas & Debra Cieri, Gillett PA; along with several cousins. Justin graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2007. He continued his education at Corning Community College. For the past eight years Justin worked at Gino's Restaurant. He enjoyed the outdoors…hunting, fishing and four wheeling. He also liked playing video games. Family was very important to Justin and he always looked forward to the times when his entire family would be together. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira, on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A service will follow at 8:00 p.m. Those wishing may remember Justin with a donation to the SPCA, Route 352, Elmira NY 14903.
