So sorry to read of Mary's death. She was a great friend to all of her classmates, Class of 1948, Robert Packer Hospital School of Nursing. The last verse of the poem "The Nurse" in our yearbook reads: " When we lay doown our caps and cross the bar, Oh Lord, will yiou give us just one little star, To wear in our crowns with uniforms new, In the city above where the head nurse is you."
