Obituary of Ryan Joseph Latterell

Age 29, passed away very unexpectedly on Saturday, December 3, 2016, at his home in Rochester NY. Ryan is survived by his son Ryan Joseph Latterell II; mother AnnMarie (Peter) Michalko; brother David J. Latterell; sister KristiAnn (Elisha) Perry; grandfather Ernest Latterell; along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. Ryan is predeceased by his father David Latterell; maternal grandparents Edward and Aurelia Meck; and paternal grandmother Eleanor Latterell. Ryan was a freshman at Monroe Community College where he was majoring in Business Administration. He loved live, his son and his Catholic religious beliefs. Ryan will always be remembered for his smile, sense of humor, positive personality and for the gift of helping others, both young and old. Ryan's family will receive friends at McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira, on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A prayer service will be held there on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 9:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Patrick's Church. Committal prayers and interment will follow at St. Peter and Paul's Cemetery, where Ryan will be laid to rest next to his father.
