Obituary of Zelma Louise Stark

of Elmira, New York was born July 3, 1954 to the late Jerry B. and Rosa L. Fulmer departed this life on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. She is preceded in death by her sister Patricia Fulmer, and is survived by her husband of 10 years, Lewis H. Stark of Elmira; son, D'Andre (Clarissa) Fulmer of Elmira; daughter, Patricia A. Seals of Fort Myers, FL.; 3 grandchildren, DaRon, Darius and Alivia Fulmer all of Elmira, NY. Also to cherish her memory is one brother, Lacey Fulmer of Charlotte, NC; four aunts, Jannie Hampton, Villa Dean both of Columbia, SC, Mable Fulmer and Minnie Lois Grant both of Springfield, SC; one uncle, Grady Fulmer, Jr. of Springfield, SC; two nephews, Marcus Abner of Syracuse, NY and Brandon Phelps of Greenville, SC; one niece, Laurel Koster of Whitney Point, NY; a host of cousins, dear friends and special BFF Paula Taylor of Elmira, NY. She was employed by EOP in the New Day Center of Excellence Afterschool Program (8 years). She was also a faithful and active member of Calvary Baptist Church, Ithaca, NY. Professional services have been entrusted to Mc Inerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water St., Elmira, NY with viewing hours on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 4:00 - 7:00PM. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 21, 2016 at the Monumental Baptist Church, 308 E. Clinton St., Elmira, NY at 11:00AM. The eulogy will be delivered by Pastor Nathaniel Wright of Ithaca, NY.
