i was taught English grammar and composition by Miss Callahan during my high school years 1960-1964. She was rather shy and quiet, but every once in a while, a small smile would appear when one of the students joked about a line or punctuation. I'm so pleased to learn she stepped out and supported a cause in her later years, even though it isn't one I would choose. Rest dear teacher.
