Theresa McCormick Fields
Elmira Heights: Age 52, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. Theresa was born in Elmira on September 22, 1960. She is survived by her mother Elizabeth McCormick; father Thomas (Peggy) Burns; her husband of 17 years, Levi R. Fields; daughters, Desiree and Cheyanne; stepdaughters, Marlea and Stacey; siblings, Gary, Robin, Cindy, Cheryl, Holly, Becky, Susie, Jeannette; several nieces, nephews and good friends. Theresa has worked as a supervisor at Purolator Products for 16 years. Theresa enjoyed fishing and had a passion for riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle. Her greatest joy was time spent with family.
Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water St., on Thursday, December 27, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m. Committal prayers and interment will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery.
