Dr . Cain was my Optometrist for years at Twin Tiers Eye Care. She was absolutely wonderful, always patient centered, creating an atmosphere of trust and genuine concern. I encountered an eye challenge that she efficiently and effectively referred for a successful outcome. I miss her greatly. To her Family - Dr. Cain was a Light in this world. I was broken hearted to hear of Ellen passing. She was my eye doctor for many years,and her kindness and attention to detail was unrivaled. She treated everyone like a friend,and when she took a leave from work,I knew it was serious. May her beautiful soul soar high,she and her family remain in my prayers.
