Some of my teenage years, have really amazing memories thanks to you and your love for adventure and humor. You were a very fun person. I'm incredibly sad to hear about this. I always cared. Honestly the gravel pits and the bamboo fields at the creek, just running around being 17 year old kids, are some of the best memories of my life. Thank you Matt. I always believed in you and always hoped the best for you as I write this with tears in my eyes. Good bye. I wish things were better for you.

This world will never b the same with out him. Matthew was my first love and my forever best friend. No matter how bad of a day I had his smile n hugs could light any of my rainy days right back up. So sorry for your loss we will all miss him dearly

You were the best of the best at the top, and the worst of the worst at the bottom. Hard to believe that both versions of you were so opposite. I'm really going to miss the way your face lit up everytime you said your sons name or even talked about anything you guys did together. I wish we could all just go back to Hopkins and be 14 again those were the days and now I sit here thinking about how we've all lost so many awesome people and the heartache that seems to never end. Wish I could have changed things for you, you deserved so much more.
