We had the great pleasure of knowing Topher. It was only for a few short years but he made a big impact on our family and our lives. The laughs, the memories we shared are something my family and I will hold in our hearts forever. His was a rare kindness and a great friend.

So. Incredibly. Devastated. Toph was truly one of a kind. I'll never forget the time he texted me in 2010 after one of his April visits to Kentucky: “Hey, I did some online shopping last night. I'm sending something to Brian. It'll arrive in a few days. Don't be mad.” Knowing Chris' love for wildlife, I expected a pet lizard or frog. However, a few days later, a four-foot-tall box arrived on the porch. Chris had ordered a Little Tikes Battery Operated Ride On Jet Airplane for my (then) 2.5-year-old son ✈️. That was Chris - generous, kind & genuine. KY visits, the Christmas cruise, that night with all the cousins at Harry’s, watching December UK games at 1210, watching him play trains with my 2 y/o, late night texts abt UK b-ball, sitting around the kitchen table playing cards and laughing… these are just a few of the many memories I will forever cherish. You were an incredible cousin & friend. I love you, Toph ❤️
