Erika was a soul like no other. Her smile could change my mood and her laughter was contagious. There were nights when I worked so hard that I didn't have the energy to care for my family..what does Erika do, not only bring me dinner to work, but bring my whole family dinner! She always had our back, even when she was struggling to have her own. She was loud and fun and never missed a chance to tell me how much she loved me!! Erika, you will be missed by so many people. You left footprints in my heart that will stay there forever. Watch over us all and please hug Uncle Joe and Dad for me. Condolences to her amazing husband and children. Your memories will forever be held in our hearts!! I love you
