Obituary of Patricia A. Krusen

Age 86, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2020. Patricia was a resident at Woodbrook Assisted Living. Patricia was born in Elmira, the daughter of Edgar and Catherine (Hennessy) Thatcher. She was predeceased by her husband Philip B. Krusen and great-granddaughter Kayla Marie Ameigh. Patricia is survived by her son Mark (Cindy), grandchildren Jeff (Amanda) and Adrianne (Josh), great-grandchildren Brandon, Preston, Briella, Mackenzie and Caleb; daughter Donna (Stephen) Culver, grandchildren Stephanie (Michael) and Brandy (William), great-grandchildren Jacob, Kyle, Hannah and Nicholas; son Michael (Karen) and grandchildren Jason (Caitlin), Mallory and Erica; great-grandchild Bennett. Patricia worked as a caseworker for many years at Family Services of Chemung County. Patricia loved Christmas Eve with her family and long drives to enjoy the fall foliage. She enjoyed her walks, singing and playing games with her many friends at Woodbrook. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at St. Peter and Paul's Cemetery. Patricia will be honored at a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at a later date. Patricia's family would like to send sincere appreciation to Laurie Sweeney, the staff and residents at Woodbrook for the care and wonderful time that she spent there.
