Obituary of Nancy A. Mulliner

Passed away peacefully at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, with her family by her bedside, on Monday, December 23, 2019 two days short of her 79th birthday. Nancy was born in Elmira on Christmas Day in 1940, daughter of the late William A. and Ellen Trapper Bullock. She is also predeceased by brother Harry Bullock and former husband and friend David Eugene Mulliner. Nancy is survived by daughter Joellen Mulliner of Pine Valley; daughter and son-in-law Kelly A. and Jason Royse of Bonham TX with their daughters Victoria and Catherine; brother and sister-in-law William and Susan Bullock of Atlanta GA; nephew Scott Bullock with wife Andrea and their children Patrick William and Shannon Rose; niece Suzanne Bullock with husband AJ Amirjaylar; also surviving are many cousins, her telephone company family and Notre Dame family. Nancy was a 1958 graduate of Notre Dame High School. She had worked for 35 years as a telephone operator at New York Telephone in Elmira. Nancy was a devout Catholic. She loved to collect Hummels, work crossword puzzles and spending time with her Notre Dame and phone company girls. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, 604 Park Place, Elmira on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. Burial will take place at St. Peter and Paul's Cemetery at a later date. Those wishing may remember Nancy with a donation to Norte Dame High School, 1400 Maple Ave., Elmira NY 14904.
