Elmira – NYS Police Captain, (Ret.) September 17, 1945 – June 14, 2018. As another famous Elmira wrote, “The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.” – Mark Twain. Sadly, dear friends and family, NYSP Captain (Ret.) Harry Bullock left us on Thursday, June 14, 2018. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Harry on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, 11:00 a.m., St. Patrick’s Church, Elmira. All are invited. A reception will follow at Bernie Murray’s.
