Age 79, passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. Tim was one of 6 children born to Clarence and Madeline (Meade) Sweeney. A Celebration of Tim's life will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. at Judy's House, 510 W. Gray Street, Elmira. A complete notice will be published at a later date.
