"Edie" Age 99 of Elmira, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 30, 2018. Edie was born and raised in Penn Yan NY, daughter of Franklin L. and Edith Pollock Harrison. She was predeceased by first husband Michael Gould; second husband John J. Campanelli; infant son John J. Campanelli Jr.; brothers, Harold, Franklin and John Harrison; sisters, Cora Neillis and Velma Clark. Edie is survived by daughter Judith M. Campanelli of Elmira; son Donald M. Gould of Wellsville NY; son and daughter-in-law John M. and Dee Campanelli of Medina NY; former daughter-in-law Nancy Gately with husband George of North Carolina; grandson Michael Campanelli with wife Mitzi of Florida and their children Madison and Matthew; nieces, Dee Dee DeSocio with husband Tony of Elmira, Phyllis Garlick of Florida; numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Edie worked as a seamstress for many years at Michaels-Stern & Co. in Penn Yan NY. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Edie was a very outgoing person and loved to socialize. She had a great love for all her animals. Family and friends are invited to St. Patrick's Church, 604 Park Place, Elmira, on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. Private interment will take place at Bath National Cemetery. Those wishing may remember Edie with a donation to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Road, Rochester NY 14620.
