I grew up across the street from Kate and her brothers. What a class act family of wonderful people. I feel great sadness over her death. This childhood chum is reunited with her beloved husband and family in Heaven.

Kate and I served on the Board of the NYS Association of Incarcerated Education Programs. She was a wonderful resource for all of us with her vast knowledge of Incarcerated Education. At the same time she was always a great time at our dinners and conferences. I will always cherish the time I spent with her. My sincere condolences to the family. She was a wonderful person.
