Age 83, passed away on September 14, 2023, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center with her family by her side. Carol was the daughter of the late Elmer and Ethal Boorman Maricle. She was survived by her daughters, Susan Hamilton Ripley of Elmira NY and Julie (Ray) Carter of Richmond VA; stepdaughters, Jean (Dennis) Mears and Bonnie Vary both of Ft Myers FL; grandchildren, Crystal Walborn, April (Derrick) Walker, Marley and Jessica Carter; great grandchildren, Kaylynn Kyle, Allison, Kristopher and Adriana.
Carol worked in the hospitality industry for many years at the Horseheads Holiday Inn and Elmira Holiday Inn. She was loved by many and will be sadly missed.
