Age 90, passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023 in Sarasota FL. George was born in Patchogue NY, son to Walter J. and Sophie (Nogeiwich) Foray. He was predeceased by his wife of 68 years, Dorothy DeGolyer Foray on December 2, 2022. Together they had five children. George is predeceased by one daughter, and survived by two other daughters and two sons. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one brother.
George was a U S Air Force veteran.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Mary's Church, Elmira on Thursday, July 27, 2023. Interment, with committal prayers and military honors, followed at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery.
A Memorial Tree was planted for George
