Obituary of Lillian R. Cicora

Passed away Saturday, September 28, 2013 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility. Lillian was the daughter of Stanley and Josephine (Kosmicki) Stryzinski. She is predeceased by her husband Luther D. Cicora. Lillian is survived by her children, Gary L. and Taeko Cicora, Elmira, Stephen Chris and Cindy Cicora, Bear, DE, Mary Jo and James Piasecki, Myrtle Beach, SC, F. Scott and Julie Cicora, Webster, NY; 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Lucille Gormley; along with several nieces and nephews. Lillian was a lifelong communicant of St. Casimir's Church in Elmira. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira on Friday, October 4,2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Lillian's funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Interment, with committal prayers, will follow at St. Peter & Paul's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing may remember Lillian with a donation to Wounded Warriors, P O Box 758517, Topeka KS 66675.
