I just love Nancy! She has been my forever friend. When I went to visit her last week she was in the dining room. She said, "hi, Mel!". I shared how we met with her nurse. My family was at our cottage on Keuka College. My mom said I had a babysitting job for Nancy. She was going to drive over in the boat with her two prized possessions John and Elizabeth. I can still see her driving over. She looked confident and fun. She looked so happy with her two prized possessions securely wrapped in those big orange life jackets. Nancy was my biggest cheerleader and when needed biggest critic. Life was better with Nancy in your corner. Today my heart is sad but so grateful for our friendship!

Nancy was such a fun loving friend for years and most recently we looked forward to spending our Winter months on Jekyll Island , Georgia. Every day was an adventure ! Memories will keep us close forever .
