Pete convinced us Crystal Beach Road would be a great summer place for us and for our four kids back in 1999. If he hadn’t been so welcoming, we might not have ended up there, but we knew as soon as we met him we would have many fun times living next door! He and Sue and his kids and family were the best summer neighbors we could have asked for. So many
beautiful memories created over the years.
