Carol and I were friends in middle school and high school, graduating in the same class. One lasting memory is one in which I was graciously invited along on the Bucy family vacation to Virginia Beach, VA. It was my first glimpse of a sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean! Will never forget spending time at Carol’s home on Grove Street and walking barefoot in the summer with Carol to get ice cream at Grove Park. I moved away from Elmira and still live out of state so was out of touch for many years. May Carol rest in peace. My condolences to her family. Susan Lynch Kratochvil

My darling angel! You were the best ever. I was privileged to have a friendship with the most loving, giving, friend that I got to enjoy for many years. Our great times together discussing the Depp vs Heard case was interesting and we were so looking forward to the PDiddy case. It wasn’t to be. You are now in a magical place and I know you will love it. It’s never goodbye but until we meet again. Look after my boys Rocky, Junior and Ugs. You are the best person to do that.
