Obituary of Diane L. Cusick

Age 83, of Elmira, died quietly in bed at St. Joseph’s care facility in Salt Lake City, UT, on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.  She moved to SLC in 2018 to be near her daughter Beth. 
Diane was born as Diane Lampila on January 21, 1940 to her parents Charles and Jane (Houston) Lampila.  She was predeceased by her husband, William Cusick and her infant son, Timothy David Cusick. She was survived by her brother, David Lampila, her sister in-law, Molly Quigley Cusick (Frances), her children Daniel P. Cusick (Patricia), Elizabeth A Quick (Jeffrey) and William C Cusick. As well as her grandchildren, Rachel Hill, Adrian Cusick, Joey Cusick (Daniel), Glen Quick (Elizabeth), Abigale Cusick, Eva Cusick (William) and great grandsons Kollin and Kaden Hill (Rachel Hill). Family was very important to Diane and she will be remembered with love by nieces, nephews and cousins as well. 
Family and friends are invited to attend Diane's Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church, 224 Franklin Street, Elmira, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. A livestream of the Mass will be available through the Facebook page for Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish, https://www.facebook.com/ElmiraCatholic. Committal prayers and interment will follow at St. Peter and Paul’s Cemetery.
