Born September 12, 1966, Jeff was freed from his physical restraints, and ran into the arms of Jesus on December 13, 2021. Adopted at 8 years-old, Jeffrey thrived surrounded by the love and care of the Belmonte family.
Jeff was a charmer with a huge heart, infectious smile, and a strong will. He may have had a limited vocabulary, but he always got his point across! Jeff was predeceased by his father James Belmonte, brother Joe Belmonte and uncle Bill King. He is survived by his mother Virginia Belmonte, siblings, Bonnie Belmonte, Brenda (Frank) Gauss, John (Brenda) Belmonte, Bobby (Roxie) Belmonte, Lorra Gluck and Deenie Berthod; sister-in-law Sue Belmonte; many cousins, nieces, nephews, and his many friends at Pathways. Special thanks to Bobby and Roxie whose love, care and commitment to Jeff, kept him with us for as long as possible. Private graveside services will be held.
