Words cannot express my shock and sorrow of Amy's passing. As her teacher, advisor, but most importantly, her friend I cannot think of Amy without seeing her beautiful smile. She was always willing to help anyone in need. Her heart was as beautiful as her smile. I've had four surgeries at Arnot and looked forward to seeing her and having a conversation before each one. My condolences to her entire family. I wish I could be there Friday, but I have two other obligations. Hugs to all of you.

I'm so sorry for your loss! I work in the Arnot General & Bariatric office. I have spoke with Amy many times over the past 6 years. Recently I met her face to face at Holly's house. She was always so helpful to me when I'd call. Always a friendly voice on the other line. You are all in my prayers!

Such a sweet and giving girl. Taken way too soon. Always a crafty and happy person. Amy will be missed by many people, family, friends and those with the privilege of just meeting her. Glad I had the chance to have her in my life, even for a short while. I will cherish the things she made for me.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I only knew of Amy for a short time while dating Kristie. She definitely seemed like a very nice young lady who loved Gage and her family deeply. I worked with Amy in the OR for many years. After so long coworkers become family. I always picked on her as well as gave her big hugs. Her laugh, even her voice was what I enjoyed the most. When I found out about this, my heart dropped! The day Amy passed was my birthday. I will forever remember that day and the many, many times we shared. Laughs, serious convos, stresses, nights out on the weekends, but mostly her face and smile. I hurt just typing all of this. So young, so full of spunk. I send many good vibes and condolences to her family. I'm truly sorry for your loss. I miss you Amy. With all the love one can give.
