Age 87, passed away peacefully at Elcor Health Services on Thursday, August 24, 2017. Dorothy was born in Elmira, daughter of Myron and Vernadine (Sheesley) Finch. In addition to her parents Dorothy is predeceased by her husband Sherman Totoritis, daughter Jacquelyn Marie Totoritis, sister Eleanor Furney. Dorothy is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law , Sherman R. and Denise Totoritis of Gillett PA, Andrew P. and Charlotte Totoritis of Horseheads; grandchildren Stacey (Mike) Rogan of Fairfax VA, Matthew (Rachael) Totoritis of Pottstown PA and Christine (Dean) Leonard of Gillett; great grandchildren, Adelaide Totoritis, Corbin, Carley and Connor Leonard; brother and sister-in-law, Myron and Mary Lou Finch of Elmira Heights; sisters, Shirley Fitzpatrick of Horseheads and Joyce McKamey of Himrod NY; along with several nieces and nephews. Dorothy worked as an assembler for many years at Mega Tool in Elmira. She enjoyed life, and her most cherished time was spent with her family. Family and friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira, on Monday, August 28, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Committal prayers and interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
