Age 80, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016, surrounded by the love of her family. Fran was born in Elmira, a daughter of Allan and Ambry ( Cleveland) Hill. She is predeceased by brothers, Melvin and Wallace Hill; sister Eloise Mattoon. Fran is survived by her husband of 62 years Guy Dailey; children, Dolores Worboys of Duck River TN, with husband Bill; Barbara Rullo of Elmira, with husband Michael; Allan Dailey of Poughkeepsie NY, with husband Patrick Flood; Nancy Van Fleet of Elmira, with husband Timothy; along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and her cat Mika. Fran was a former member of Southside Baptist Church and a current member of the United Baptist Church. Friends are invited to McInerny Funeral Home, 502 W. Water Street, Elmira, on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours, with Pastor Skip Reed officiating. It is Fran's request that EVERYONE who comes to calling hours and the funeral service be dressed in casual attire. Those wishing may remember Fran with a donation to the United Baptist Church, 304 N. Main Street, Elmira NY 14901 or to the Arctic League, P O Box 113, Elmira NY 14902.
